Carlos Cesta, Director
Cesta joined Verizon in 2004 and has been involved in analyzing and structuring M&A and strategic investment deals. Before that, he held operational roles at AboveNet, Inc. Prior to AboveNet, he was an investment banker at Salomon Smith Barney and an analyst at CIBC/Patrimonio Private Equity.
He has a B.S. in engineering from the University of Sao Paulo and an MBA from the University of Rochester, where he was a Kauffman intern. He is based in Basking Ridge, N.J.
