Roberta Mackintosh is director international products for Verizon Business and is based at the company’s international headquarters in Reading, UK.

A 24-year industry veteran, Roberta has held a variety of senior marketing and product management positions within Verizon Business over the past 16 years. During this time she played a prominent role in global product marketing, coordinating capital investments as well as product development for Global VoiP, Internet & Networking products.

Prior to her position at Verizon Business, Roberta worked at Dialcom where she was responsible for organizing pre and post sales support for the Asia Pacific Rim and Europe.

She has also served as chairperson of the Interoperability Committee and of the Electronic Commerce Committee for the Electronic Messaging Association (EMA), a non-profit trade association representing the e-business and messaging industries, focusing on technology, blic policy and education.
